Behind the scenes at Gosselin

On March 15, 2017, Gosselin welcomed a delegation of about 80 people from various industries, for a half day company visit of the Gosselin logistics platform. This event was initiated by VOKA, the Antwerp-Waasland Chamber of Commerce and NV De Waterweg, represented by Ronny Neven.

Various speakers shared some interesting insights in the use of the inland waterways as a valuable alternative for road transport. Gosselin being located with its container terminal and logistics facilities at the Albert Canal in Deurne, is a great showcase for promoting the use of the inland waterways as a connection to the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.

Behind the scenes at Gosselin
Springwalk

Gosselin's 'Springwalk' was a success

Our first Seasonal Walk was a success! Almost 50 people used their lunchbreak to stretch their legs and explore some green areas around the Gosselin headquarters in Belgium. Afterwards, the participants were treated to a healthy lunch and a delicious coffee from Anywhere Coffee. This initiative is part of Gosselin's ambition to obtain the label "Sportive company". We aim for more exercise and want to motivate as many colleagues as possible to move more often!
Road VS Rail transport

European Logistics goes Multi-modal!

Gosselin currently launched a new trial project combining the usual road transport with train groupage in Europe. It is the perfect combination between handling large volumes, less reloads, less damage risks, and focusing on sustainability at the same time.
