- Keep customers and clients up to date on behalf of the claim process.
- Lead in communicating the insurance claim, damage estimation and repair progress or claim settlement to customers by telephone, text, or email.
- Handle customer, client, and third-party queries and seek or ask for the appropriate information to progress the insurance claim.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders in the claim process.
- Proven relevant experience within a customer service role.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Able to prioritize, ensure deadlines are met through effective time management and make good decisions under pressure.
