Do you want to work as a Customer Service Manager for Gosselin Moving? Would you like to set-up, organize and coordinate a driven customer service team with a focus on international removals? Are you able to further expand our business and would you like to make the necessary contacts for this? Then we have good news! We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our Branch in The Netherlands.


In this role you are building and managing a growing team of customer service professionals who coordinate the removals of our international customers.

Your talents:

An international move entails a smooth and more and more automated collaboration between many different internal and external parties across multiple countries. Ideally you have already gained management experience in this fascinating industry or a related service industry. This will allow you to quickly master the significant complexity in which we operate.

With your structured work approach and your focus on the relevant KPI's you are continuously improving the results both in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. Your analytical mind allows you to easily identify areas for improvement. To achieve sustainable progress, you are willing to dig deep into the processes and work on the root causes of the daily challenges.

What sets you apart is your ability to communicate professionally both internally and externally. Ideally you come from the moving industry and successfully managed teams and profit centers before. If not, we will make sure you learn from the fantastic moving experts within the Gosselin team and use this existing know-how in the benefit of both our customers and our business performance. You are making your team grow and letting them shine. You are a strong and charismatic leader with a pragmatic focus on results.

Besides being a successful senior manager, we expect you to have a business degree (university or equivalent) and to be fluent in Dutch and English.
