In this function, you will ensure the smooth running of our tariff management in our removal department. Your tasks will focus on complex negotiations with our international agents and suppliers. This essentially includes obtaining, comparing and negotiating different offers. You will also maintain the master data and be responsible for invoicing and invoice control, including clarification with external parties in case of incorrect invoicing. You will also be responsible for the pricing of international removals from private households as well as monitoring deadlines. You are well familiar with purchasing and enjoy taking on responsibility for a broad and varied range of tasks. We imagine that you have a commercial background with several years of professional experience in the transport sector. As a precisely working, organized and solution-oriented personality, you have a distinctive flair for numbers and very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken). In addition, you have excellent Excel skills as well as an experienced use of MS Office programs.
