for the Moving Team in Croatia

Then we have good news for you! For our office in Zagreb, Croatia we are looking for a Move Coordinator 

Objective:
In this role you take the responsibility to coordinate and organise complex international relocations from beginning to end, liaising with our international partners and deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
 

Job content:

  • Owning communication with clients, transferees and agents throughout the whole process
  • Arrange moving logistics with other agents regarding packaging, delivery, transport or price of the service
  • Informing transferees and agents about customs procedures during import / export
  • Checking all documents required for customs clearance
  • Accurate data entry to different systems
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Support the team to ensure a smooth delivery of services

  • Excellent knowledge of English (business fluent)
  • Proactive and communicative to be in contact with clients and other agents around the world
  • Excellent organization and solutions orientated skills set
  • Coping with deadlines, administration and budget management
