We are building a young and dynamic team for our new service center in Zagreb, Croatia, responsible for managing international removal services around the world.
Your daily tasks will include communication with all parties involved in the process, price calculation, collecting all relevant documents as well as problem solving and decision making.
Who are we looking for?
The right attitude (humble, smart and hungry)
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must, another major European language is an advantage.
Sense of urgency (able to prioritize and deal with deadlines in a fast pace environment)
Ability to work fast and accurately
Great organizational skills (be able to juggle multiple things at the same time)
Experience in removal, freight forwarding, international transportation or customer service is an advantage.
This role demands a proactive communicator who is not afraid to use phone calls when needed.
Ability to solve problems
Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office, able to work in multiple ERP systems with strong administration skills.
Detail oriented and enjoying working with numbers (building of prices and plan making)
