You’ll be responsible for the daily operational coordination, planning and execution of relocations for the American military from A-Z.
Objective:
You’ll strive for optimal and efficient services with the available resources.
You ensure the increase of customer satisfaction, ensure quality and efficiency and secure internal and external communication with departments.
Job description:

Planning, coordination and monitoring transportation and moving processes;

Communication and coordination with internal and external departments;

Managing and scheduling employees, drivers and subcontractors;
- Ensuring complete documentation and invoicing of each order;
Your talents:
- Experience in operational logistics or freight forwarding, preferable in a leading role;
- Leadership qualities; ability to coordinate, manage and motivate employees;
- Strong organization skills and able to work independently;
- Hands-on mentality, meaning you take initiative and you don't mind to get your hands dirty;
- Familiar with IT systems and administrative tasks;
- Excellent in German and English in order to collaborate with various national and international teams.
