Gosselin and The Agency join forces in long-term partnership
Gosselin announces that it has acquired a majority stake in The Agency. With this step, The Agency will be integrated into the Gosselin Group, creating a close partnership that will focus in particular on the further expansion of the Road division.
An important aspect of the agreement is the continued involvement of the current shareholders, Bart and Niels. They will remain on board as minority shareholders and will continue to play an active role in the day-to-day operations and strategic decisions of The Agency. Retaining their expertise and market knowledge will ensure the continuity of the company and, at the same time, lay the foundation for joint growth.
The integration offers significant advantages to both parties. The Agency gains access to the international network, infrastructure, and experience of the Gosselin Group, while Gosselin has the opportunity to further strengthen its Road division with the know-how and specialization of The Agency. Together, the teams will work more closely, better align their activities, and develop innovative solutions that further consolidate their position in the market.
The collaboration will become visible in the short terms in the month of October, The Agency will move to Gosselin's offices, bringing both organizations under one roof. This will not only promote collaboration between the teams but also create the opportunity to realize new projects more quickly and efficiently.
With this majority stake and integration, Gosselin and The Agency are confirming their confidence in the future. Both parties are determined to leverage their combined strengths to continue building a sustainable growth story, preserving The Agency's existing identity and values while laying a solid foundation for the next phase within the Gosselin Group.
