Gosselin Group acquires majority stake in BSX and strengthens the activities of its subsidiary Heavy
Antwerp, December 2, 2025 — Gosselin Group, through its specialized subsidiary Heavy, has acquired a majority stake in the transport company BSX. With this strategic move, the group further expands its integrated logistics services within its transport division and particularly strengthens its position in the segment of heavy and complex cargo.
BSX not only has a strong reputation in exceptional transport but also provides its customers with a wide range of other transport solutions, driven by years of expertise, experienced staff, a modern and versatile fleet, and a clear focus on safety, precision, and flexibility. By joining the Gosselin Group, BSX will benefit from additional economies of scale, a broader international reach, and support in terms of professionalization and further growth.
The operational management of BSX will remain with Nordy Bonne and Stacy Mattheyssen. They expressed their enthusiasm about joining the Gosselin Group and emphasized that the group’s extensive support, expertise, and structure will help them realize their growth ambitions.
