Last week, Gosselin launched its new learning management system Bridge with a week-long teaser campaign. From 15 February, employees from all branches in the moving division can complete courses and trainings from their desk.
In early November, a group of 13 employees went to Bucharest for intensive training. During the five-day training program, the participants were given the opportunity to really expand their knowledge on moving. We asked Caroline Stroobants about her experience.
In January and March, 60 colleagues travelled twice from their respective home cities to meet in Antwerp for two-day training courses. Ernst Jörg, father of COO Marcel, took the initiative to provide the trainings, get to know everyone and forge new bonds.
