ENGIE installed a 1.5 MW solar panel installation at the Gosselin site in Antwerp. This installation of more than 3,000 solar panels will allow them to reduce their CO2 emissions by 535 tons per year, equivalent to the annual emissions of 268 diesel cars.Gosselin currently launched a new trial project combining the usual road transport with train groupage in Europe. ’s Middags even naar buiten om de benen te strekken. Het klinkt haast niet mogelijk in Deurne, maar Hank Guns doet het al meer dan 20 jaar en hij vond al enkele verrassende routes. Hij is fan van het initiatief bij Gosselin om meer in te zetten op beweging en deelt zijn wandelingen maar al te graag met de collega’s.

Stepping outside to stretch your legs in the afternoon. It sounds almost impossible in Deurne, but Hank Guns has been doing it for over 20 years, discovering some surprising routes along the way. He's a fan of the initiative at Gosselin to focus more on movement and gladly shares his walks with colleagues.

Onze eerste Seizoenswandeling was een succes! Bijna 50 mensen gebruikten hun lunchpauze om hun benen te strekken en enkele groene gebieden rond het hoofdkantoor van Gosselin in België te verkennen. Achteraf werden de deelnemers getrakteerd op een gezonde lunch en een heerlijke koffie van Anywhere Coffee. Dit initiatief maakt deel uit van de ambitie van Gosselin om het label "Sportief bedrijf" te verkrijgen. We streven naar meer beweging en willen zoveel mogelijk collega's motiveren om vaker te bewegen!

Our first Seasonal Walk was a success! Almost 50 people used their lunchbreak to stretch their legs and explore some green areas around the Gosselin headquarters in Belgium. Afterwards, the participants were treated to a healthy lunch and a delicious coffee from Anywhere Coffee. This initiative is part of Gosselin's ambition to obtain the label "Sportive company". We aim for more exercise and want to motivate as many colleagues as possible to move more often!

De 'Pendelproeverij' bij Gosselin was een succes! Collega's konden kiezen uit een mobiliteitsmenu vol alternatieven voor degenen diehet beu zijn in druk verkeer te rijden. Er kon gekozen worden uit stadsfietsen, elektrische fietsen, speed pedelecs, maar ook abonnementen voor het openbaar vervoer of de vele openbare fietsinitiatieven zoals Blue-bike en Donkey Republic.

The ‘Pendelproeverij’ at Gosselin was a success! Colleagues were able to choose from a mobility menu filled with alternatives for those who are tired of driving in busy traffic. City bikes, electric bikes, speed pedelecs, but also subscriptions for public transport or the many public bicycle initiatives such as Blue-bike and Donkey Republic.

With a complex supply chain in moving and a broad range of certifications on the market, getting to a definitive measure of sustainability can be problematic.
