Crew Leader

Objective:

Point of contact for customer, team and operations manager.

Job content:

• Guidance of team, actively assisting in the removal of moving goods with due care;
• Assessment of usage of manpower and materials, warehouse management;
• Logical, operational, financial and efficient manner of moving of goods;
• Coordination of packing, unpacking different types of moving goods and handling them safely and efficiently with the correct means;
• Responsibility for the documents and the reporting to operations managers.

Your talents:

• Basic knowledge of all practical and safety aspects of moving;
• Estimate of volumes and activities;
• Assessing risks and anticipating unforeseen and unexpected situations;
• Leader, team player, patient, flexible, result-oriented targeted;
• Knowledge of languages: English and Latvian;
• Driving license.
