Finance Team Leader

Location:

Switzerland, Thörishaus (partially in the home-office is possible)

Objective:

In this role you will manage the accounts of several legal entities as well as the accounting team. You will directly report to the controller in our HQ in Antwerp, Belgium.

Job content:

• Independent management of the finance department;
• Taking ownership of the financial reporting process;
• Reconciliation of accounts;
• Cost accounting including profit centre analysis, interpretation and preparation of key business figures;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
• Monitoring of daily business;
• Active and ongoing management of liquidity and ensuring an active dunning process;
• Managing and developing a team of two staff members.

Your talents:

• You have several years of experience in financial and cost accounting, ideally in an international company;
• Ideally this is coupled with previous team leading experience;
• You have gained knowledge of VAT and tax;
• Your strong communication skills enable you to work efficiently across divisions;
• You are fluent in German and English;
• You are an organisational talent with a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be an advantage.
