Gosselin acquires long-term partner Frey & Klein Internationale Spedition GmbH

Gosselin, a leading global moving company, is proud to announce its acquisition of Frey & Klein Internationale Spedition GmbH, including its newly built warehouse in Simmern, Hunsrück, Germany. Stefan Klein will continue in his role as Managing Director of the company.

This acquisition is part of Gosselin's strategy to further insource European hauling activities, which is critical for customers in terms of securing capacity and ensuring high quality standards. "It has become increasingly challenging to find professional long-haul drivers who are skilled in packing and loading household goods. Frey & Klein's consistent high quality services impressed us over the many years we have worked together. In addition, the acquisition allows us to substantially increase our local customer base in Germany which nicely complements the activities we have been developing in Berlin since 2021", says Marcel Jörg, CEO of Gosselin Moving.

Steps towards sustainability

Making sustainability personal

CSR programs are not led but merely guided by achieving your EcoVadis label or ISO14001 audit. It is not something that can live within your organization by sending over an SLA or asking your clients to offset your emissions.
